NATED COURSES

(FULL TIME, PART TIME AND DISTANCE)

REGISTRATION FEE R200.00

Above fee to be paid on day of registration on campus which is non refundable
and does not form part of tuition fees. (Except for qualifying NSFAS bursary
applicants)

TUITION FEES 2012

FEES TO BE PAID DIRECTLY INTO THE CAMPUS ACCOUNT

50% of tuition fees to be paid on the day of registration and the balance on
the following dates: (Except for qualifying NSFAS bursary applicants)

• 1st Trimester – 12 March 2012 * 1st Semester – 16 April 2012

• 2nd Trimester – 18 June 2012 * 2nd Semester – 17 September 2012

• 3rd Trimester – 15 October 2012

NCV PROGRAMME FEE STRUCTURE

2012

  • Any student registering for 2011 must pay a compulsory NON-REFUNDABLE registration fee of R 200. (Except for qualifying NSFAS bursary applicants)

Purpose: To take care of all Administrative Costs incurred by the College in the registration of students.

  • Every NCV student who has been accepted must pay an R 500 upfront deposit as part payment for the recommended Tuition or Course fees in 2012. (Except for qualifying NSFAS bursary applicants)

NOTE:

    1. Students who do NOT attend at least 80 % of their lectures per term will be de-registered from the NCV course and will NOT be given any refunds and will also be disqualified from obtaining a bursary.
    2. Any student applying for a Bursary must sign a Bursary Agreement with the College accepting the conditions of Applying for a bursary, which is NOT guaranteed. Bursaries are awarded to needy and indigent students who correctly complete the Bursary Application Form and submit all the required documentation and proof of low income. No late bursary applications will be accepted after 31 March 2012. It remains the responsibility of the applicant to ensure that the necessary documents are handed in on time. The college will NOT take responsibility for incomplete documents which can lead to students not obtaining a bursary.
    3. Students who drop out after 28 February 2012 when all classes are finalised will NOT get any refunds of their tuition or course fees.
    4. Students who do NOT qualify for a bursary must pay the remainder of the Tuition fees or Course fees in 3 equal instalments: 1st instalment by the end of March 2012, 2nd instalment by the end of June 2012 and the final instalment by 14 September 2012.
    5. Failure to make an instalment without written permission as agreed by relevant Campus Management WILL result in the student being barred from attending further lectures.
    6. Students must purchase their own textbooks. The College is not responsible for any textbooks. Qualifying Nsfas students may loan textbooks from relevant campus library.
